My Story
Hello, my name is Matthew Fuller.

Listen, I know firsthand how it feels to be stuck, overwhelmed, and questioning your path in life. Changing careers half a dozen times, including starting my own business and moving to different countries several times, learning four languages—as amazing as it has been and as proud as I am of it—there were many moments when I felt miserable, embarrassed, ashamed, unmotivated, stuck, and exhausted. What all that struggle has taught me is how to get better at navigating challenges on the road to transformation, and that’s how I can help you.

I vividly remember my rock-bottom moment: lying on the ground, tears streaming down my face, and asking myself, “How did this become my life?” That moment was my turning point. I realised that the power to rewrite my story was within me, and I’ve been dedicated to helping others do the same ever since.

Today, I’m a Change & Accountability Coach specialising in helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential. With a diverse background of training in scientifically backed approaches, I work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and with varying needs to overcome limiting beliefs, reframe unhelpful thoughts, and build resilience. My certifications include a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (AoEC), a Cognitive Behavioural Coaching certification, a Sobriety Life Coaching certification, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). I’m also a certified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA England).
